Kruggel Lawton CPA earned two awards from the National Association for Business Resources.
The accounting firm was named one of the 2025 Best and Brightest Companies to Work For in the Nation and one of West Michigan’s 2026 Best and Brightest Companies to Work For.
“We are honored to be recognized both locally and nationally for creating an exceptional workplace culture,” Managing Partner Barry Hall said in a press release. “These awards reflect our firm’s commitment to empowering employees, serving clients with integrity, and fostering a culture where innovation shapes our future.”
An independent research firm evaluates companies based on “leadership, strategy, and company performance; community initiatives and corporate responsibility; recruitment and selection; and work-life blend,” according to the contest rules.
Companies must have been in business for three years, and could be a for-profit, nonprofit or government organization.
The National Association for Business Resources is based in Detroit, Michigan, and supports executive leaders throughout the U.S. The competition has been conducted for more than 25 years.
“By fostering cultures that prioritize their people, these organizations have built the strong, values-driven foundations that distinguish them as leaders
within their industries and communities,” said Jennifer Kluge, president and CEO of the National Association for Business Resources and the Best
and Brightest Programs, in a press release.
