Bradley Co. welcomed two senior leaders to the commercial real estate firm.
Tracey Schafer was appointed chief legal officer, and Mike Trevillian to executive managing director of multi-family housing.
Schafer started in December in a part-time role but has since taken on the full-time leadership position.
“The additions of Tracey and Mike to our team reflect a targeted investment in key parts of our business,” said Chad Phillips, president and CEO of Bradley Co., in a press release. “They bring considerable expertise and will be strong partners in strengthening our full-service platform as we continue to grow and support our clients’ strategic business objectives.”
Schafer previously led a private practice, and has extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions and other business growth support strategies. She will work in the company's South Bend office.
Trevillian has 30 years of experience in property management and other investment strategies. Most recently, he was vice president of property management at Buckingham Companies. There he managed a Midwest portfolio of more than 6,300 units at more than 40 properties. He will work at the Indianapolis headquarters.
Bradley Co. employs more than 300 people in seven offices around the country.
