Three Mira Awards nominees from South Bend

TechPoint revealed the 2024 Mira Awards nominees, including three who are based in South Bend.

The winners will be announced April 26 during the 25th annual Mira Awards gala. Ninety-four nominees will compete for the 11 awards.

“We look forward to celebrating the 25th anniversary of Indiana’s most prestigious tech and innovation awards at a new venue,” said TechPoint President and CEO Ting Gootee, in a press release. “Even more exciting is the level of excellence, innovation and resilience outlined in each entry and even more so by those whose efforts elevated them to status as a Mira Award nominee. It is truly Indiana’s biggest night for innovation.”

The South Bend Mira Awards nominees are:

  • Rising Entrepreneur: Raymond Fraser, Vital View Technologies, South Bend 
  • Community Impact: City of South Bend, South Bend 
  • Tech Company of the Year: Aunalytics, South Bend

Fifty judges narrowed the field in several categories, including Rising Entrepreneur of the Year, which had 27 entries, and Innovation of the Year at 25. Find the full list of nominees here.

Other categories include: Talent Impact Award, Tech Innovation Team of the Year, Student Entrepreneur of The Year, TechPoint Resilience Award, Digital Transformation, Innovation Service Partner of The Year and Startup of the Year.

The panel also will decide seven special industry awards.
