James Horvath is on a mission to not only help Northern Indiana businesses leverage artificial intelligence for business growth but make it part of company culture. Now he has the certification that will help him do just that.
Horvath is the president and founder of LecsIT, a Plymouth-based IT managed services provider. The company recently was certified as an AI Business Maturity Model coach through AIBMM.ai.
“As AI technology continues to transform how businesses operate, many local companies are unsure where to start,” Horvath said. “This certification enables us to guide organizations through a proven methodology for AI adoption โ moving beyond the hype to practical, measurable business outcomes.”
The model is based on four levels of maturity in AI usage, starting with AI drifter. Horvath's goal is to help small and medium-sized businesses in the Michiana area evolve to the agent manager level.
Horvath said coaching companies to effectively use AI and create measurable procedures for working with the technology is a “natural evolution” of his company, which he started in 2011.
