Elkhart-based Surf Internet will provide internet service for Cherry Creek, a development under construction in Goshen.
The160-acre lifestyle development is slated to welcome its first residents in 2025. Surf Internet will install a fiber-optic network throughout Cherry Creek, including pre-installed connections in homes and businesses as construction progresses. Community-wide Wi-Fi will also be available in public spaces.

Cherry Creek is designed to be a walkable community. The development features retail stores, recreational facilities and walking and biking trails.

Surf Internet is a fiber-optic internet service provider. The company serves over 600 communities across the Great Lakes region. Surf Internet operates offices in Elkhart and La Porte, along with four offices in Illinois and Michigan. The company will celebrate its 25th anniversary in 2025.
Cherry Creek Goshen is a lifestyle-focused community. The community features 1,200 residences, trails, restaurants, a playground, pickleball courts, a pool and retail space. Cherry Creek Goshen’s design centers on accessibility and convenience, allowing residents to “walk to 80% of their lives.”
