Culinary Crossroads presents dinner series in Elkhart

Three of Elkhart’s top chefs are coming together during the Culinary Crossroads On the Road Dinner Series on March 26.

The dinner series is part of Culinary Crossroads’ statewide effort to spotlight Indiana’s culinary community. The chefs will collaborate on a multi-course menu. The menu will feature hors d’oeuvres, sparkling wine, beer, a signature cocktail and a four-course wine-paired meal.

Featured chefs include:

  • Sylvia Awald of West on Warren in Middlebury
  • Chris Janowsky of Artisan in Elkhart
  • Robert Standen of Ruhe 152 in Nappanee

The event will take place at 6 p.m. March 26 at Elcona Country Club in Bristol. Learn more at Culinary Crossroads.

The Elkhart County Convention & Visitors Bureau is the host sponsor for the dinner in Elkhart. The bureau is working in collaboration with Culinary Crossroads and Ivy Tech Community College, the presenting sponsor for the statewide series.
