Elkhart-based LEER Group has a new leader with 20-plus years of experience leading iconic brands.
Nando Zucchi was appointed president and chief operating officer of the manufacturer and supplier of truck caps, covers and accessories, according to press release.
“I’m very excited to join the LEER team to help promote innovation, strategy and product development, while strengthening our relationships with truck owners and industry partners,” Zucchi said.
Zucchi succeeds Larry Colestock, who was interim president.
Zucchi most recently served as president of Pacific Cycle for three years.
LEER Group is a business unit of J.B. Poindexter & Co., which has owned the company since 1987. JBPCO’s products include LEER, SnugTop, Century, Pace Edwards and BEDSLIDE brands. LEER Group’s name was changed from Truck Accessories Group in March 2022.
LEER has 1,300 independent dealers in North America, according to a press release.
