The South Bend Regional Chamber will host a seminar Dec. 17 addressing mental health for working professionals.
Solutions for Success: Taking Care of Your Mental Health as a Working Professional will take place via Zoom.
The one-hour seminar will explore strategies to help working professionals prioritize their mental health while navigating the demands of their careers.
Hannah Trader will serve as the speaker. Trader is a team lead in adult case management at Oaklawn in South Bend. Oaklawn provides mental health and addiction services for children, adolescents and adults in Elkhart and St. Joseph counties.
Prior to joining Oaklawn, Trader worked as a clinical therapist in-training at a private practice in Georgia. She gained experience working with adolescents and adults dealing with symptoms of anxiety, depression, relationship issues, stress and chronic health conditions. She is trained in cognitive behavioral therapy, person centered therapy and mindfulness. Trader earned a master’s degree in social work from the University of Georgia.
