Goshen-based Interra Credit Union recently appointed Darren De Witt assistant vice president, manager retail branch.
De Witt will work from Interra's main office. In his new role, De Witt will provide daily operations, support and coaching for the retail team. He will also focus on membership growth and community engagement.
De Witt brings over two decades of managerial leadership in the financial services industry to his new role.
Outside of work, De Witt takes part in local, regional and international mission work. He has been out of the country five times helping build communities. De Witt serves as the co-chair of Summer of Service Michiana, a weekend conference for students to make a difference in the community. He has also served as a church youth minister for the past sixteen years.
Interra Credit Union was chartered in 1932. The credit union has nearly 90,000 members spanning 24 counties in northern Indiana. Interra currently operates 16 offices in Elkhart, LaGrange, Kosciusko, Marshall and Noble counties.
