The Greater Elkhart Chamber of Commerce’s Celebrating Minority Business Excellence dinner will take place Nov. 13.
The dinner is hosted by the chamber’s Business Diversity Initiative council.
The 2024 Celebrating Minority Business Excellence dinner honors the hard work, dedication and accomplishments of minority businesses in the Elkhart community. The event also provides a platform for entrepreneurs to network with leaders within their industry.
Attendees will celebrate this year’s award recipients in communications, nonprofit leadership, restaurant, health, retail, service and community impact.
The dinner will take place 5:30 to 8 p.m. Nov. 13. in the Crystal Ballroom of the Lerner Theatre in Elkhart. Learn more here.
The Elkhart Chamber of Commerce's Business Diversity Initiative council seeks to strengthen minority entrepreneurship and integrate minority business owners into Elkhart’s commercial environment. The initiative aims to identify and connect minority entrepreneurs to resources and assist minority entrepreneurs with overcoming financial barriers through a chamber grant. The chamber also offers programs to help minority owned businesses boost their social capital through networking events and workshops.
