Superior Fence & Rail is expanding its franchise territories to the South Bend area. The national fencing company is targeting St. Joseph County because of its economic growth.

The company, which is part of the Empower Brands family, is looking for potential franchisees who are leaders committed to customer service. Startup costs range from $133,500 to $275,300, which includes franchising fees, equipment, inventory and setting up an office.
