Plans for an entertainment center called Pin Fusion became reality Sept. 18 during a groundbreaking ceremony in La Porte.
The fun facility at 99 Clear Lake Blvd. will feature bowling, miniature golf, laser tag, sports simulators, bar and restaurant, and arcade games.
Owners Ben Konowitz and Ryan Hart welcomed the community to celebrate the 34,000-square-foot project, which is scheduled to open in summer 2027.
“Bringing something so special to our hometown is beyond anything we could have ever hoped for,” according to Pin Fusion owners on Facebook.
Pin Fusion is made possible with the help of the RDC and the Northwest Indiana Regional Growth Fund.
“Hometown developers investing back into the community they love … Excited for more family fun in the City of La Porte!” wrote Mayor Tom Dermody on Facebook.
Owners have plans for a second phase of development depending on the first phase's success.
