Notre Dame FCU expands to Fort Wayne

Notre Dame Federal Credit Union is expanding to Allen County with a new branch in Fort Wayne this spring.

“We believe financial services should feel personal and local,” said Tom Gryp, president and CEO of Notre Dame FCU. “Fort Wayne’s strong sense of community and diverse neighborhoods make it a place we are proud to serve. Our focus is on building lasting relationships that help families, businesses and nonprofits grow together.”

The full-service branch will offer traditional banking services. The team there will continue the credit union's mission of personal service backed by the latest technology.

“We see Fort Wayne as more than a new location, we see it as a long-term partnership,” said Thom Obergfell, market president in Fort Wayne, in a press release. “Our team is excited to support members with the tools and guidance they deserve, while actively contributing to the growth and well-being of this great community.”

Staff at the 301 W. Jefferson Blvd. branch will include bilingual team members and financial education resources.

Notre Dame FCU, a not-for-profit financial cooperative, serves more than 60,000 members worldwide at nine branch locations and through its virtual Shamrock Center.
