A new space for entrepreneurs, business professionals, creatives and remote workers is opening soon in South Bend.
The hub will offer a blend of private offices, coworking spaces, events and mentorship under one roof. It will also provide programming for personal and professional growth.
“Momentum isn’t just a place to work – it’s a platform for success,” said Kristopher Priemer, Momentum founder, in a press release. “We’ve spent three years designing this space to ensure it meets the needs of modern professionals who crave flexibility, connection and inspiration.”
Located in the heart of South Bend, Momentum will feature:
- Private offices and flexible coworking memberships
- A podcast studio
- Conference rooms
- Event space for professional and social gatherings
- Fitness and wellness amenities
- Private phone booths
- Printing services
- Indoor bike storage
In addition to workspace offerings, Momentum will provide access to mentorship, funding opportunities and a member network including entrepreneurs, executives, remote professionals and retired leaders.
“We’re building more than a workspace – we’re building a movement,” Priemer said. “Our vision is to support 400+ members by 2027 and mentor at least 30 entrepreneurs each year.”
The Momentum Entrepreneurship Hub project was backed by local leaders, the City of South Bend, READI 1.0 and the South Bend – Elkhart Regional Partnership. The hub is scheduled to open in May 2025.
