The Greater Elkhart Chamber of Commerce is taking applications for its 39th Elkhart Leadership Academy.
The program has hand more than 800 graduates. The 2026-2027 cohort will take place August through May.
The 10-month program offers a curriculum designed to develop leadership qualities and skills, and community stewardship.
Topics that will be discussed include:
- Arts and culture
- Education
- Diversity
- Media
- Community service
- Communication
- Team building
- Critical conversations
- Economic and community development
