The Benton Harbor-based Women’s Business Center at Cornerstone Alliance is hosting a workshop May 14 to help business owners optimize their operations.
The workshop is open to new business owners or those looking to improve an established business. Attendees will learn about streamlining workflows, reducing costs and enhancing overall business performance. From improving productivity to identifying areas for efficiency gains, the workshop aims to help business owners create a more organized and cost-effective business.
