The South Haven Regional Business Hub is kicking off a free series for entrepreneurs and small businesses owners Jan. 15.
Entrepreneurs and small business owners, from concept to five years in business, across Van Buren, Cass and Berrien Counties, are invited to attend one or more of the hands-on Startup Series workshops.
The first session is titled Startup Success Simplified: A Guide to the Business Model Canvas. Steven Cummings, SPC Consulting partner, will be the presenter.
The session is geared towards anyone with a business idea ready to build a company customers want. Participants will learn to use the Business Model Canvas to analyze their core value proposition and create a strategy that proves why their business is the best solution to a customer's problems. Attendees will leave the session with a single-sheet birds-eye view of their business.
