The Michigan City Chamber of Commerce is hosting a ribbon cutting June 13 to celebrate the opening of A Court of Ink.
A Court of Ink is a tattoo shop owned by Jackie Scarborough. The new shop is at 3515 Franklin Building A1 in Michigan City.
Current artists include Scarborough and Clara Lester. Additional tattoo artists are coming soon.
Attendees will have the opportunity to enjoy light refreshments while they explore the shop, meet the artists and take a tour. Flash tattoos, pre-drawn designs for tattooing quickly, will be available during the event.
A Court of Ink‘s ribbon cutting ceremony will take place at noon June 13.
The opening celebration will continue June 14 with more flash tattoos and local vendors on hand for the event.
