Benton Harbor-based Wightman recently acquired South Haven-based Mitchell & Morse Land Surveying.
This acquisition expands Wightman’s footprint to 11 locations throughout the Region.
“We are excited to welcome the talented team at Mitchell & Morse to the Wightman family,” said Brian Lieberg, Wightman’s director of surveying, in a press release. “Their deep knowledge of the local area and dedication to high-quality surveying services will be invaluable as we continue to grow and serve our clients throughout the region.”
Wightman’s expanded team will offer a range of services, including boundary surveys, topographic mapping and construction staking.
“Our presence in and commitment to South Haven and its surrounding area is not changing. Our level of service to our clients is not changing,” Bruce Mitchell, senior project manager, said. “The difference will be found in having a larger team familiar with the region and the ability to provide a wider range of services.”
Wightman has additional branches in Allegan, Benton Harbor, Hastings, Kalamazoo, Royal Oak and Southgate, Michigan, as well as Fort Wayne, Plymouth, Portage and South Bend, Indiana.
