Granger-based Brick Built Real Estate opened a cafe and coworking space Jan. 17 in Rensselaer.
The cafe aims to create a working space that brings real estate, coffee and community together under one roof.
Paige and Brandon Corbalis founded Brick Built Real Estate in 2022. Paige Corbalis was recognized as one of Michiana's Forty under 40 the same year. Since then, the company has grown.
Brick Build Real Estate’s mission is to provide real estate services while also fostering community and connection. That vision led to the creation of the cafe and coworking community hub.
Cafe visitors can enjoy a beverage, meet with a realtor, work in a space with office essentials or relax in the lounge areas.
The Brick Built Real Estate Cafe & Coworking is located at 104 W. Washington St. in downtown Rensselaer.
