South Bend gains lending firm

CoreSource Capital, a new private commercial lending firm, recently launched in South Bend.

The firm serves borrowers, investors and small to mid-sized business owners throughout the area. Led by Keith Knight, a CPA and financial professional, CoreSource Capital will specialize in capital solutions for real estate investors, developers and business owners.

The firm focuses on alternative financing solutions including bridge loans, fix-and-flip loans, DSCR loans, construction, equipment financing and general commercial financing. They also have options for businesses that maybe experiencing cash flow difficulties due to slow paying customers or economic shifts within the business. The goal is to fill financing gaps left by traditional banks.

“Borrowers aren’t always served well by conventional institutions,” Knight said in a press release. “Our collective experience in finance, real estate and private lending means we know the players and opportunities that can contribute to your growth.”

Knight said CoreSource Capital is a different kind of lending partner.
