La Porte-based Larson-Danielson Construction announced the completion of three projects across Northern Indiana.
The projects include the renovation of South Bend’s new City Hall, the office addition for New York Blower Company in La Porte and the office renovation for Burke Costanza & Carberry, also in La Porte.
Larson-Danielson recently completed the transformation of South Bend’s new City Hall at 215 S. Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard. The renovation included interior updates, structural improvements and an elevator replacement.
The six-story building was formerly home to the South Bend Community School Corp. The renovation has allowed the city to unite multiple city departments under one roof and offers a hub for residents to access city services. The South Bend City Hall opened Oct. 13.
Larson-Danielson worked with Facet Architecture to complete an 8,000-square-foot office addition for New York Blower Company’s Plant 3 facility in La Porte. The new two-story building unites the company’s staff in one space. The addition reflects New York Blower’s 136-year legacy and deep roots in the La Porte community. The project highlights Larson-Danielson’s long-standing partnership with New York Blower, a collaboration that dates to 1960.
Larson-Danielson’s small projects division, Facility Services Group and Facet Architecture recently delivered a design/build renovation for Burke Costanza & Carberry. The 1,600-square-foot interior office buildout and exterior façade renovation revitalized an existing facility to create a new location for the firm in La Porte.
“These projects represent what we do best: listening to our clients, solving complex challenges and delivering high-quality spaces built to last,” said Brian Larson, Larson-Danielson Construction president, in a press release. “Whether it’s a civic facility, corporate headquarters or local office renovation, our work is guided by collaboration, craftsmanship and a commitment to excellence.”
