Downtown South Bend recently hosted a ribbon cutting ceremony for Roselily to mark the restaurant’s fourth year in business.
“Over the past four years, Roselily has grown from a small pop-up restaurant to one of only two AAA Four Diamond restaurants in South Bend, delivering innovative cuisine and exceptional hospitality,” said Eamonn McParland, owner and chef, in a press release.
Downtown South Bend, officials from the city of South Bend and community members were onsite for the ribbon cutting. The Roselily team offered short tours of the restaurant and bar directly after the ceremony.
Roselily is named for the chef and owner’s twin daughters, Mariana Rose and Liliana Grace. The restaurant’s menu is inspired by the seasons, using fresh, seasonable ingredients. Roselily’s team works with local farmers and producers to obtain ingredients and incorporates sustainable practices into its operations. Roselily is located at 701 S. Main St. in South Bend.
