Senior1Care names new leadership

Mishawaka-based Senior1Care announced the appointment of Becky Fletcher and Lori Allen to key leadership roles.

Becky Fletcher will serve as executive director of the Mishawaka office. Lori Allen will serve as executive director – client & caregiver experience.

“Innovation and growth depend on having the right team to guide our organization forward,” said Kyle Bossung, Senior1Care CEO, in a press release. “By bringing in exceptional talent and expanding roles for proven leaders, we’re ensuring that Senior1Care continues to meet the evolving needs of seniors and their families while supporting our caregivers across six Indiana locations.”

Fletcher brings over a decade of expertise in sales, marketing and community engagement to her new role. Most recently, she served as director of sales and marketing at Aloft South Bend. Her previous positions include director of sales at Visit South Bend Mishawaka and Hampton Inn & Suites South Bend.

As executive Director, Fletcher will focus on expanding community outreach and strengthening client and family relationships. She will also drive marketing initiatives to support the Mishawaka office's growth.

Allen, a registered nurse, joined Senior1Care in August 2022 as executive director of the Mishawaka office. She brings experience in leadership and client care to her new position.

As executive director – client & caregiver experience, Allen will lead efforts to enhance the stages of the client journey, from the initial inquiry through ongoing care. She will also oversee caregiver onboarding, training and engagement programs to support retention and professional growth. Allen will also champion quality assurance initiatives and foster collaboration between Senior1Care and its sister company, Legacy Medical Academy.

Senior1Care is a home care agency, specializing in non-medical services for seniors. Founded in 2006 by father-son team Carl and Kyle Bossung, the company provides personalized care and support, helping seniors to maintain their independence. Most Senior1Care caregivers are licensed certified nursing aides, trained through Senior1Care’s CNA school, Legacy Medical Academy.
