Beacon Health System has announced leadership changes at three of its southwest Michigan hospitals, effective Nov. 1.
The health care system is redesigning the current administrator role and establishing local president roles at its critical access hospitals, Beacon Allegan and Beacon Dowagiac.
Greg Piper, Beacon Retail Services vice president, will serve as Beacon Allegan Hospital interim president. David Bailey, Community Hospital of Bremen president, will serve as Beacon Dowagiac Hospital interim president. Both leaders will continue in their current roles and provide executive oversight for Beacon Plainwell Hospital as the health system implements the new leadership structure.
Paul Hoffman, Beacon Allegan, Dowagiac and Plainwell hospital administrator, will move on from Beacon Health System, effective Oct. 31.
Searches for permanent presidents at Beacon Allegan and Beacon Dowagiac are underway.
