The South Bend-based Potawatomi Zoo will roll out the red carpet June 14 for its newest fundraising event, Zoo Rendezvous.
The VIP-style event is for adults 21 and over. The limited-ticket event includes full-size food options, appetizers, desserts and drinks. The event will also feature musical guests and animal encounters.
“We are thrilled to introduce Zoo Rendezvous, a one-of-a-kind evening where guests can connect with wildlife, indulge in gourmet food and drink, and enjoy live entertainment,” said Josh Sisk, Potawatomi Zoo executive director, in a press release. “Zoo Rendezvous is our bold new way of celebrating conservation, community and the wild wonders that make our zoo so special.”

The Potawatomi Zoo is home to over 400 animals. It has been accredited by the Association of Zoos and Aquariums since 1987. The zoo hosts a variety of special events throughout the year.
