Notre Dame FCU recognized

South Bend-based Notre Dame Federal Credit Union has been certified as a Best Place to Work in Indiana.

The Best Places to Work in Indiana certification is a survey and awards program that honors employers in Indiana that are making their workplaces great. The program is a project of the Indiana Chamber of Commerce in partnership with Workforce Research Group.

The statewide designation is based on a two-part survey conducted to get an assessment of the employer. The first part is an employer survey that captures information about policies and practices. The second part is an employee feedback survey that provides information on how employees feel about their workplace.

“This recognition reinforces our belief that when partners feel valued and supported, they are better equipped to serve members with care and excellence,” Notre Dame Federal Credit Union wrote in a press release. “We are grateful to our partners for their dedication and to our members for the trust that guides our people-first approach.”

Founded in 1941, Notre Dame Federal Credit Union serves over 66,000 members worldwide. The credit union operates twelve branch locations. Notre Dame Federal Credit Union is independent of Notre Dame University.
