Notre Dame Federal Credit Union has promoted Daniel Rodriguez and Nate Shaw to regional director positions.
Rodriguez will serve as regional director, Midwest Diocesan development. Shaw will serve as regional director, Northwest Indiana business development. Both bring experience in business development, lending and financial services to their new roles.
Rodriguez has a background in nonprofit banking, small business and commercial lending and private banking. A Whiting native, he has worked in Lake, Porter and Cook counties. Rodriguez also serves on the board of directors for the Northwest Indiana Catholic Foundation for the Diocese of Gary.
“Daniel’s expertise in commercial lending and nonprofit banking aligns with our mission to empower the communities we serve,” said Jesse Hunt, Notre Dame FCU Northwest Indiana market president, in a press release. “His leadership will be instrumental in expanding our financial services in Northwest Indiana.”
Shaw has a background in commercial and consumer lending, strategic partnerships and community engagement. His experience includes financial services, contract negotiations and business consulting.
“Nate’s ability to develop strategic partnerships and drive business growth will further our mission of providing accessible financial solutions to our member/owners,” Hunt said.
