Notre Dame Federal Credit Union recently appointed Sommer Baum as vice president of retail sales & mission asset protection.
Baum brings over 15 years of experience in sales, service and leadership across the financial and insurance industries to her new role. In her position, Baum will oversee digital member service operations and call center performance, while supporting initiatives to protect member assets.
“Sommer’s leadership will be instrumental to our growth,” said Robert Shane, Notre Dame FCU executive vice president of markets and growth, in a press release. “Her dedication to service and team development strengthens our ability to deliver on our mission.”
Baum previously served as an insurance producer and held leadership roles in retail management.
