Michiana companies make chamber’s Best Places to Work list

Five companies from the Michiana region have landed a spot on the Indiana Chamber of Commerce‘s 21st Best Places to Work in Indiana list.

The list includes 150 employers from 20 industries. Rankings in five size categories will be revealed during the 2026 awards dinner at the Indiana Convention Center in Indianapolis.

“Organizations that cultivate a healthy culture tend to perform better overall, boosting productivity and long‑term success,” Indiana Chamber President and CEO Vanessa Green Sinders said in a press release. “We applaud this year’s honorees for their dedication to implementing standout workplace practices that help them attract and keep exceptional employees.”

Winning companies in Michiana hail from Goshen and South Bend in Indiana, and Portage, Michigan.

Kruggel Lawton CPAs made the list for the third consecutive year in the medium-sized companies list.

“Our people are our most valuable asset, and programs like Best Places to Work in Indiana help us listen to our team, invest intentionally and continue delivering exceptional service to the clients we serve,” said Barry Hall, CPA and managing partner, in a press release.
