South Bend chamber to host virtual seminar

The South Bend Regional Chamber is inviting community members to its upcoming Solutions for Success seminar Nov. 14.

The seminar is titled “Thriving Under Pressure: Strategies for Leaders to Foster a Growth Mindset.” The session aims to help leaders cultivate resilience, take healthy risks and encourage innovation to drive success in the business world.

Cherri Kulp, UnEarthed Coaching and Consulting founder and CEO, will serve as the guest speaker.

Kulp is a South Bend native. She earned a bachelor’s degree in sociology from Indiana University and a master’s degree in public service management from DePaul University. A certified coach, Kulp has earned credentials from the Coaching and Positive Psychology Institute and the International Coaching Federation.

Kulp served as the first director of community outreach under Mayor Pete Buttigieg. She was recognized as a Michiana Forty under 40 honoree and awarded the key to the city by Mayor Buttigieg. She also worked as chief strategic initiatives officer for the Greater Elkhart Chamber of Commerce.

Kulp launched her coaching practice, UnEarthed, in 2021. She offers executive coaching and consulting services. Kulp is an active member of various professional organizations, including Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, the South Bend Area Chapter of the Links, International Coaching Federation and the South Bend Regional Chamber of Commerce.
