State Treasurer Daniel Elliott will talk about his efforts to create a positive business climate during the Greater Elkhart Chamber's annual economic update luncheon, hosted by the Economic Development Council.
Elliot will join Tom Jalics, chief market strategist at Fifth Third Bank, as a featured speaker at 11:30 a.m. April 30 at the Crystal Ballroom in the Lerner Theatre.
“Treasurer Elliott will provide valuable insight into the role of his office, its key priorities, and how those efforts intersect with the business community across Indiana,” said Greater Elkhart Chamber President Levon Johnson in his weekly digital newsletter.
Jalics will talk about the current economic environment and how it relates to business.
Ticket sales close at 4 p.m. April 23. Cost is $40 for chamber members and $55 for nonmembers.
Elliott was elected Nov. 8, 2022, as the 56th state treasurer. Before being elected, he had a 25-year career in information technology. He also owned a software consulting company.
