ABC Supply Co. announced Frank Marcoccio will succeed Dan Piché as president of L&W Supply, effective Jan. 1, 2026.

We’re grateful for his vision and commitment over the years,” said Mike Jost, ABC Supply president and chief operating officer, in a press release. “As we look ahead, Frank’s genuine passion for the business and commitment to fostering a culture of opportunity and entrepreneurship make him the ideal leader to drive L&W Supply’s next stage of growth.”
Marcoccio brings an understanding of the building materials industry, shaped by decades of experience. He began his career straight out of college, gaining hands-on knowledge. He has served in sales, branch management and district management roles.
After joining ABC Supply in 2010, Marcoccio advanced through key positions, including low slope business manager for the Southeast Region, Georgia District manager and Southeast Region vice president — overseeing development across eight states. Most recently, Marcoccio served in the roles of ABC Supply chief administrative officer and L&W Supply chief operating officer.

During his 18-year career with ABC Supply, Piché served in several key leadership roles, including president of ABC Supply subsidiaries Mule-Hide Products and L&W Supply. Under his guidance, L&W Supply more than doubled its branch count, acquiring 27 companies and opening 44 greenfield locations.
“It’s time to hang up the skates, and I look forward to life on the farm,” Piché said. “After 40 years in building materials, I’ll miss the friendships, the industry and competing for hearts and minds. The future is very bright with Frank at the helm.”
Beloit, Wisconsin-based L&W Supply is a wholesale distributor of interior building materials and construction supplies. The company operates over 270 branches in 46 states. ABC Supply acquired L&W Supply in November 2016.
L&W Supply acquired South Bend-based Old Fort Building Supply, a distributor servicing residential, commercial and multifamily construction in northern Indiana and southwest Michigan, in 2023.
