Mishawaka-based TalentSource Smart Recruiting recently welcomed three new team members.
TalentSource named Maddie Kozlowski as recruiter, Isabel Rodriguez as recruiting and marketing support specialist and Alyssa Eslinger as business development manager.
Kozlowski is new to the world of talent acquisition. In her previous work as a public health professional, she led cross-sector initiatives that required strong communication, coordination and stakeholder engagement. Kozlowski plans to translate these experiences into her new role with the goal of aligning the right people with the right opportunities.
“Since I was young, my dad always encouraged me to pursue work I’m passionate about,” Kozlowski said in a press release. “My role with TalentSource gives me the opportunity to help others do just that—find a path that excites and empowers them.”
Rodriguez brings a background in customer service, communication and creative marketing to her new role.
“I’m thrilled to have been given this opportunity to work alongside such kind and welcoming individuals,” Rodriguez said. “As someone who is also still searching for their niche, I find it ironic to be able to help others do just that here at TalentSource. I’m always willing to expand my knowledge and provide assistance whenever needed.”
Eslinger brings experience in business development, recruitment and relationship building to her new role. She has been recognized as one of Michiana’s 40 Under 40—a distinction celebrating rising leaders making an impact in the Region.
