The Michigan City-based Dunes Arts Foundation is looking for a partner to develop its property.
The property is located along Shady Oak Dr. in Michigan City.
Proposals will be evaluated on criteria including terms of the purchase agreement, the developer’s track record, project vision, and alignment with the needs and values of the community.

The Dunes Arts Foundation, which operates Dunes Summer Theatre and education programs, was founded in 1951. The theatre is located in Michiana Shores, on a wooded site, near the Indiana Dunes and the Lake Michigan shore. The Dunes Arts Foundation’s mission is to foster creativity, community engagement, and cultural enrichment.
