Notre Dame FCU appoints new loan officer

Notre Dame Federal Credit Union recently named Dan Nagle senior commercial loan officer.

Nagle brings nearly two decades of expertise in commercial lending to his new role. His career spans more than 18 years, encompassing underwriting, business development and portfolio management. Nagle has particularly focused on multifamily real estate lending.

Nagle earned a bachelor’s degree in finance from Northern Illinois University and an MBA from Lewis University

In addition to his professional achievements, Nagle co-organizes an annual golf outing that raises funds for families affected by cancer.

“Dan Nagle’s extensive experience in commercial lending and his passion for community involvement make him an invaluable addition to our team,” said Jesse Hunt, Northwest Indiana market president, in a press release. “We are confident that Dan will play a key role in supporting our mission and expanding our presence in Northwest Indiana and Chicagoland.”

Founded in 1941, Notre Dame FCU is a not-for-profit financial cooperative. The credit union has more than 65,000 members worldwide. Notre Dame FCU has grown from its origins in the Administration Building at the University of Notre Dame and now has eleven branch locations, a virtual branch and an online banking platform.
