Elkhart-based LCI Industries appointed Lillian Etzkorn executive vice president and chief financial officer, effective April 17.
She will replace Brian Hall, who is retiring to pursue philanthropic endeavors and spend more time with family. Hall will continue in an advisory role during the transition.
“Throughout our extensive search for Brian’s successor, Lillian time and again exhibited the qualities we believe are critical to delivering on the company’s next chapter of growth,” said Tracy Graham, chairman of Lippert’s board of directors, in a press release.
LCI is the parent company of Lippert Components Inc., which manufactures and supplies components to the RV, marine and automotive industries.
Etzkorn previously was the chief financial officer at Ohio-based Covia, a company that supplies minerals and materials solutions for industrial and energy providers.
