IUN alumnae release journal for building leadership skills

Two Indiana University Northwest alumnae collaborated on a new book that empowers leaders.

Valparaiso resident Jeni McIntosh-Elkins, CEO of Fetch Happiness, and former Gary resident DeNeen Attard, founder and CEO of Florida-based Attard Leadership Academy, released “Self-Awareness: A Journey to Building Better Professional Relationships.”

This 90-day journal is a tool designed to empower people to enhance self-awareness and forge meaningful professional connections.

“We believe that self-awareness is the cornerstone of personal growth and successful professional relationships,” said Elkins-McIntosh and Attard in a press release. “With this journal, we aim to empower individuals to understand themselves better and cultivate authentic connections with others.”

Fetch Happiness offers strategy planning and program development. McIntosh-Elkins also co-founded the blog Torn in Half for young windows.
