The Indiana Department of Transportation issued a Draft Request for Proposals for the State Road 2/Larrison Blvd. Interchange Project.
The S.R. 2/Larrison Blvd. Interchange project is in St. Joseph County. The project includes construction of a grade-separated interchange at the S.R. 2/Larrison Blvd. intersection and widening of Larrison Blvd. The project aims to accommodate future traffic impacts due to ongoing economic development along S.R. 2.
A qualifications-based selection process will be used to award the PDB contract. The PDB agreement is a two-phase agreement with INDOT consisting of a Pre-construction Phase and a Construction Phase. Selection will be based on INDOT’s evaluation of proposals and interviews.
