Wightman, an employee-owned consulting firm, hired Nicollette Cardwell as director of marketing.
Her experience in the architecture and engineering industries helped her land the job.
“Nicollette cares about the things our clients care about,” said Matt Davis, Wightman president, in a press release. “Her passion for business development means she understands what our clients need and how we can best support them.”
Wightman offers architecture, civil engineering and surveying services at several offices, including South Bend, and Benton Harbor, Michigan.
Cardwell is a member of the Society of Marketing Professional Services’ southeast Michigan chapter. She will serve on the 2022-23 board of directors as membership director.
“I am passionate about the (architecture, engineering and construction) industry and the opportunity to use my skillset to make a positive contribution to the firm and to the communities it serves,” Cardwell said in a press release.
She also worked as the client relations and business development manager and as an associate for TMP Architecture. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in journalism and media studies from San Diego State University in 2013.
